Amateur Internations Rules

Riders are eligible to compete from their 16th birthday

Riders are not to have been in the top 200 BSJA riders ranking list as at 31st December 2003

Riders are to be resident in Scotland or of Scottish origin

Open to horses over 148cm and of any grade including unregistered horses

Jumps will not exceed 1m in the 1st round for qualifiers

First 6 horse/rider combinations, disregarding those already qualified, will qualify for the Amateur Grand Prix providing they jump clear in the 1st round of the competition

Jumps will not exceed 1.10m in the 1st round of the Amateur Grand Prix

The Scottish Team will be selected for the Amateur Nations Cup from the first four highest placed Scottish riders from the Amateur Grand Prix

Jumps will not exceed 1.05m in the 1st round of the Amateur Nations Cup
